Yoga Rave is a chance to recapture that euphoric feeling of club culture. Mixed with the divine medicine of Yoga we take you on a journey of creativity, expression and serotonin dripping love. Our 'Live' DJ will play banger after banger taking you back to to the heady heights of club life as our teacher Liam Browne takes you on a Yoga Rave journey. He activate the body through dance and mantra tapping into the magical vibrations of the universe and committing to releasing anything that is no longer serving you. We use the magic of Liam’s Yoga Flow (all levels) and Rave Classics to embody that commitment in every fibre of your being. In every posture there is an opportunity to more to the beat and the dance sections allow you to go wild. By the time you have stretched and shaken your body into an open-hearted state of blissful awareness it's easy to drop the ego and fully drop into the true essence of you. What we want is to empower you to positive transformation. To start living the magical life you were born to live filled with bliss, laughter, integrity, fun and balance. Giving you the grit and determination to make that happen. The dance will be ecstatic full on ravin, high octane and we want you to shake your body however your body feels it wants to be shaken, there is no routine - just tun up, leg go and be you!

Most importantly, this is an event for everyone to have fun, let go and shine their most amazing light.

Our mantra is “Do no harm, take no shit” - so let's do this people!!

A heart-opening cup of Ceremonial Grade Cacao is available for £4 prior to the event - to get you vibrating pure bliss. Cacao enables you to drop into your heart and feel a sense of openness and clarity.

-Can you BRING YOUR OWN YOGA MAT??? 

I always go on in my classes about getting your own mat. It is your sacred space and carries your energy. You don't need much to practice yoga but a mat is essential. Get one look after it and bring it with you. If you have spares please bring them too, we expect it to be busy and don't have enough spares of our own to go around. So please let us know if you will be bringing one?
