We are delighted to invite you to our next event for Spring Equinox on Wednesday 20th March to celebrate the first  day of Spring at Norton 

Spring Equinox is going to be a very special day. Please bring the usual Yoga mat, water, suitable clothing, an open heart and mind and a sense of humour. Liam is a very charismatic, larger than life character, his session promises to be fun, uplifting, exciting and a real journey of discovery. We expect this event to sell out quickly so please book early

9am - Registration tea/coffee

9.30am - Morning Flow with Veronica

10.45am - Break

11am to 1pm - Liam Browne - Cacao Ceremony, Meditation and Breathwork with Kirtan

1pm - Lunch - Delicious, nutritious Vegetarian/Vegan lunch

2pm - Sound journey with Yoga Nidra - Veronica Winter & Jan Weston

3pm - Break

3.15pm to 5pm - Yoga, Pranayama and chanting - Ben Beswick

Please note, Cacao works best if you haven't eaten for a few hours beforehand so would advise just tea/coffee and just a snack for breakfast like fruit. Water and refreshments will be available all day. Warm clothing, pillow, eye mask for the Sound Journey.

SUPER IMPORTANT

• FAST (dont eat) for a least 4 hours before the Ceremony. The longer you can fast the better the Cacao works
• Arrive at least 15 minuets before the Ceremony starts so you can be settled into the space and comfortable
• Bring a journal and a pen to write down any insights from your journey.
• Bring a Yoga Mat and a cosy blanket to make you super comfy.
• Bring any crystals or tools you like to connect with whilst journeying so they can be added to the alter, or remain with you.
• Dress in comfortable loose clothing
• Keep hydrated and bring a Water bottle

FULL POWER CACAO is safe to drink however please make us aware if any of the

following apply to you:

• If you are taking anti-depressants or any other medication

• If you have a heart condition as cacao increases the blood flow to the brain and heart

by at least 40%

• If you are pregnant as we will give you a smaller dose

How to prepare: Before the ceremony we recommend that you do not eat or drink

coffee for at least four hours. This is so that the cacao can be quickly and easily

absorbed enabling you to go deeper into your journey. Please drink plenty of water both

before and after the ceremony to stay hydrated. A good way to ground the energy if

you are feeling floaty or spacey after the ceremony is to have a good warm meal.

Ceremony.
