ECSTATIC DANCE - STONE COLD SOBER EVENT 

You are invited to move, play, connect, sweat, renew, release and transform through the beauty of Ecstatic dance, with a LIVE DJ . This incredibly moving and uplifting form of dance gives you permission to fully abandon yourself to the rhythm of the music. Moving freely as the music takes you on a journey to a deeper connection to yourself which can lead to almost trance like states and feelings of ecstasy. This is your opportunity to heal and transform though the expression of you body as dance and movement can lead to yoga (Self-realisation). The music will start off soft and slow, steadily climbing to a summit and climax, bringing you gently back down to earth again. The music is created to push you to feel all your edges from slow sensuality, to hot, fiery, tribal beats. Its your opportunity to feel it all!

This is a safe and respectful environment that embraces 'all ways'. It is a practice that supports the free expression of emotions and inner space through movement and music. We ask all participants to respect other peoples process throughout the dance by keeping to a Nobel silence  whilst on the dance floor and kindly bringing the hand to prayer and bowing it you would like to be left alone in you own process.

Be true to yourself and open up to new possibilities whilst breaking free from the constricts of the day/week/month. This is a sacred space to truly let go and be completely with yourself for an EPIC 2 hours!!! Liam Browne will be hosting the event. Bringing us to gather at the beginning to set space, allow us to connect and create a beautiful energy in the room.

PLEASE ARRIVE BY 5:30PM 

If you arrive on time there will be the opportunity to have som Cacao £4 per mug.

Please bring your own water bottle and although the floor is pretty decent it may be advisable to bring comfortable shoes just in case. 

Ecstatic Dance Guidlines:   1. No talking on the dance floor   2. Drug-Free, Smoke-Free, Alcohol-Free environment   3. Mobile phones muted and out of sight   4. Care/Awareness for the space and each other   5. Move your body however you wish   6. You can dance alone, or with as many partners as (you) like to join. (If you’d rather not dance with someone, thank them for the offer by placing your hands in prayer position at your heart – Namaste.)
