It's my birthday weekend too so let's make it a banger!!!!  What a way to launch!!!! Boom!!! DOUBLE CELEBRATIONS!!!! 

Yoga Rave 2020 is a chance to recapture that euphoric feeling of club culture mixed with the divine medicine of Yoga. A 'Live' DJ will be playing banger after banger as our teacher Liam takes you on a Yoga Rave journey. We activate the body through dance and mantra and then move into our yoga flow (this flow will be accessible to all levels) By the time you have stretched and shaken your body into an open-hearted state of blissful awareness it's easy to drop the ego and really drop into the true essence of you. The dance will be ecstatic - so basically we want you to shake your booty however your body feels, there is no routine - just be you! 

More importantly, this is a safe space for everyone to have fun.. 

Our motto is LET GO & GLOW - so let's do it collectively on that yoga mat dance floor!!

A heart-opening cup of Ceremonial Grade Cacao is available for £4 prior to the event - to get you vibrating pure bliss. Cacao enables you to drop into your heart and feel a sense of openness and clarity.

We are offering x2 Karma Yoga FREE places to anyone that would like to help out at the event. Maybe you are studying Yoga teacher training or have just qualified. If this appeals to you then please email me explaining why you would like to help.

- PLEASE PLEASE arrive on time, DOORS OPEN 6:30pm! Try not to arrive any later than 7pm to get your spot have a Cacao and get into the vibe. There will strictly be NO ENTRY permitted after 7:15pm. Remember get there before 7pm DOORS SHUT at 7:15pm. BANGIN!!!! 

-Can you BRING YOUR OWN YOGA MAT??? I always go on in my classes about getting your own mat. It is your sacred space and carries your energy. You don't need much to practice yoga but a mat is essential. Get one look after it and bring it with you. If you have spares please bring them too, we expect it to be busy and don't have enough spares of our own to go around. So please let us know if you will be bringing one? 

- Wear NEON, bright colours to really get into the vibe of the event. We want a creative feel to all our YOGA RAVES and really get into that festival spirit. As it's at night and it's the YOGA RAVE 2020 and Liam's BIRTH PARTY the vibe will blow the roof off. Literally!!!! Ha ha
